My name is Kellie Rhymes, and I am the founder of Limitless Mindset Coaching and the creator of The Bougie Baldie brand which includes my podcast and show. I live with Central Centrifugal Cicatricial Alopecia — a form of Scarring Alopecia — and I have experienced firsthand the profound emotional and mental weight that hair loss carries for women.

When I first began losing my hair, I felt a grief I couldn't name. Hair is so deeply tied to identity, femininity, and how the world sees us. I struggled with shame, with isolation, with the fear of being seen. I searched for someone who truly understood — not just medically, but emotionally, spiritually, and personally.

I couldn't find that person. So I became her.

I built Limitless Mindset Coaching and the Bougie Baldie brand because every woman navigating hair loss deserves a safe space — a place where she is seen, heard, and supported by someone who has walked this road. My coaching is not theoretical. It is lived. It is real. And it is deeply personal.

Beyond coaching, I am a TV Producer and the host of The Bougie Baldie Show and Podcast, where I create educational and entertaining content that raises awareness about women's hair loss, fosters community, and guides women toward confidence and acceptance. Through Bougie Baldie I am building a media platform that amplifies voices that have been silenced by shame.
